Our services

 

  • Any chemical services with Director / Creative Stylist will be charged with extra £10.

  • Any chemical services with Jr Stylist / Jr Colourist will be discounted £10.

  • Fringe cut appointment is available by phone & email only, not online.

  • Length guide SHORT hair -chin length- MEDIUM hair -shoulder length- LONG hair -bellow shoulder-

  • Any re-growth length longer than 5cm will be charged for the price of full-length -short hair-

  • All technical services without a haircut will be charged an additional £30 for wash & rough blow-dry, or £50 for wash & full blow dry.

  • Kids: 0 - 11 years

  • When booking a treatment and/or head massage alongside your haircut or chemical service, an assistant or junior stylist may perform the treatment and/or massage on behalf of your chosen stylist.

  • Consultation for perm/colour/straightening ONLY : We charge the full amount £30 as consultation fee, which can be used as deposit if you book an appointment on the same day. If you wish to have consultation before the appointment date, please book a consultation on a separate date - at least 48 hours before your ideal date of appointment.

  • Student discount 10% (on presentation of valid PHYSICAL student ID card. Mon to Fri only. Not available on Saturday and Bank Holiday)
    (Kindly note that we are unable to accept third-party verification platforms, such as UNiDAYS or Student Beans as proof of student status)

 

Cancellation and Deposit Policy

  • We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware of our 24 hours cancellation policy.
    We charge refundable 80% deposit after you have 2 times as NO SHOW.

  • 24 hours cancelation policy - You have the right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking, however we cannot refund the deposit after that.

  • The deposit will NOT be refunded if you change or cancel the services on the appointment day, or if you chose the wrong services .

  • No show policy - We will charge full service fee if you do not show up without any notice.

  • Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late for 15mins from your appointment time.
