  • Fringe cut appointment is available by phone & email only, not online.

  • All technical services without a haircut will be charged an additional £30 for wash & rough blow-dry, or £50 for wash & full blow dry.

  • Any re-growth length longer than 5cm will be charged for the price of full-length -short hair-

  • When booking a treatment and/or head massage alongside your haircut or chemical service, an assistant or junior stylist may perform the treatment and/or massage on behalf of your chosen stylist.

  • We run a waiting list for appointments at busy times so if you can not find an appointment online, please give us a call and we will happily to add your name to the waiting list.

  • We will send you consultation form for all hair colour services, please complete the form before your appointment day.

  • We are NOT doing any hair colour who has extension on your hair.

  • We charge the full amount £30 as consultation fee, which can be used as deposit if you book an appointment on the same day.

  • If you wish to have consultation before the appointment, please book a consultation on a separate date - at least 48 hours before your ideal date of appointment.

  • Student discount 10% on presentation of valid PHYSICAL student ID card ONLY. Mon to Fri only. Not available on Saturday and Bank Holiday
    (Kindly note that we are unable to accept third-party verification platforms, such as UNiDAYS or Student Beans as proof of student status.)

Deposit Policy

  • We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware of our 24 hours cancellation policy.

  • We charge refundable 80% deposit after you have 2 times as NO SHOW.

  • The deposit will NOT be refunded if you change or cancel the services on the appointment day, or if you chose the wrong services, hence we cannot perform the service.

Cancelation Policy

  • We have 24 hours cancelation policy, you have a right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking time, however we cannot refund the deposit after that, also counted as NO SHOW.

  • Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late for 15mins from your appointment time.

No Show Policy

  • We will count as NO SHOW, once you amend or cancel your booking within 24 hours before the appointment, and if you do not show up on the day of the appointment.
