Our services

 

  • Any chemical services with Director / Creative Stylist will be charged with extra £10.

  • Any chemical services with Jr Stylist / Jr Colourist will be discounted £10.

  • Student discount 10% (on presentation of valid student ID card. Mon to Fri ONLY. Not available on Saturday and Bank Holiday)

  • All technical services without a haircut will be charged an additional £30 for wash & rough blow-dry, or £50 for wash & full blow dry.

  • Length guide SHORT hair -chin length- MEDIUM hair -shoulder length- LONG hair -bellow shoulder-

  • Any re-growth length longer than 5cm will be charged for the price of full-length of short hair.

  • Kids : 0 - 11 years

  • When booking a treatment and/or head massage alongside your haircut or chemical service, an assistant or junior stylist may perform the treatment and/or massage on behalf of your chosen stylist.

  • We charge the full amount £30 as consultation fee, which can be used as deposit if you book an appointment on the same day.

 

Cancellation and Deposit Policy

  • We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware of our 24 hours cancellation policy.

  • 24 hours cancelation policy - You have the right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking, however we may keep your deposit after that.

  • No show policy - We will charge full service fee if you do not show up without any notice.

  • Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late for 15mins from your appointment time.
