Deposit Policy

• We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware our 24 hours cancellation policy.

• We will charge refundable 80% deposit after you have 2 times as NO SHOW.

• We may keep your deposit, if you change the services on an appointment day, or if you chose wrong services .

Cancelation Policy

• We have 24 hours cancelation policy, you have a right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking, however we may keep your deposit after that, also counted as NO SHOW.

• Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late 15mins from your appointment time.

No Show Policy

• We will count as NO SHOW, once you have amend or cancel your appointment after 24 hours.
