Policy information

We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware of our 24 hours cancellation policy.
We charge refundable 80% deposit after you have 2 times as NO SHOW.
The deposit will NOT be refunded if you change or cancel the services on the appointment day, or if you chose the wrong services, hence we cannot perform the service.

We have 24 hours cancelation policy, you have a right to amend/cancel your appointment BEFORE 24 hours from your booking time. Should you cancel the appointment before 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be fully refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund process to take place.
However, if you amend/cancel WITHIN 24 hours of your appointment time, or NO SHOW on the day, the deposit will not be refunded.
Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late for 15mins from your appointment time, and deposit will not be refunded.

We will count as NO SHOW, once you amend or cancel your booking within 24 hours before the appointment, and if you do not show up on the day of the appointment.
